Here is my vegan sushi but anything can be used, fish, shellfish, meat, tofu... anything that goes with rice! I choose vegan as this is the theme :)
Rice can be cooking or just cooked and cooled. We will prepare the toppings for the nigiri and the filling for the rolls together.
We will do 3 classic shapes
1. Nigiri - rice shaped in to a ball with a topping
2. Hosomaki - thin rolls
3. Futomaki - thick rolls
