Indian curries and breads are a fan favorite, but cooking them can be intimidating. This class in an introduction to a classic curry and a bread from scratch. We will be learning to make the iconic roti/chapati which is the most common bread and eaten on a daily basis in India. It is a healthy bread that comes together in a flash; it celebrates simplicity while being delicious. As an indulgent add on, we will make poori: a fried decadent version of the same dough.
